All ports of the railgun's thermal network are misaligned. This does not affect the heat transfer logic, but it looks bad visually.

those are modded corridors so it wouldn’t be surprising for the railgun to be affected by mods

the misalignment happens when there is more than one thermal network in a part

since this is modded and railguns already share the heat between their parts to only need one connection, did you check that's not the issue?

This happens because railgun has a second hidden part network that connects all railgun parts together.
As Celeste stated, visuals for networks are offset when there are multiple separate networks in the part. Normally it's not an issue because railgun heat ports are not connected to each other, so those heat connections aren't drawn anyway. But with modding, these issues become visible.
As far as I know, there's currently no way for us to adjust that behavior through rules modding.
