A module that consumes energy to charge the hull with energy. It is based on the mining laser frequency and will accumulate "damage" passively so that when you collide with stuff like asteroids or junk (or ennemy ships) you will deal damage to them. This can be used for mining by ramming asteroids, traveling by clearing small asteroids on your way, and combat if you invest enough in them (they have low damage, but bonus for asteroids).

Would be interesting if disruptors and emps either removed or added that potential
Unsure which would be better
Overclocked makes it absorb energy projectiles
Them removing from the hull charge would be fine I think
And that would also make them somewhat of a universal lightning rod
I wouldn't support the charge doing stuff to the other energy weapons though
