Simple: a button in the trade screen that automatically buys goods to fill up your designated slots, possibly even with a right-click filter like the mining button has to select which goods can be purchased. Gives a confirmation screen showing what will be bought and for how much. (for example if you have 4 slots predefined for ammo and click this button it will buy exactly 4 stacks of ammo to put in those slots + plus enough to fill all your weapons, even if you have more cargo space)

I know you could buy/sell to desired levels, but never noticed the menu there. Its too small as blue that it kinda blends in with the rest of the GUI, but as red, it pops!

Larger is good. But I'm 100% for a different color. Since I did that change last night, I have been noticing the menue in 2 more places I have never noticed it before
