Overclocked engine rooms are only able to turn on the overclock of its adjascent thrusters, if you try to turn off the overclock feature only the engine rooms will be back to normal but the thrusters will still be overclocked.

I was losing my entire mrt line on my creative save as I was testing it, after 10 minutes I realize it
it is even worse if your only way to heat dissipation is by the engine room as when it turns off the heat from the engines will have no place to go
and all of your engines will be set on fire in a matter of seconds

Not an oversight, just a problem with no good solution. Shutting off thruster OC when ER OC turns off means it's putting your thrusters into shutdown, which is not necessarily ideal

shutting off ER OC is already putting a major element of your thrust generation into shutdown anyway, right?
