A good idea but I think you need to hold an additional key for this

Otherwise it will slowdown by making you incapable of just "painting" by holding the left mouse button but forcing you to click each time

I meant holding click on the decal select

like you hold click on box and then you drag it to change the size

they are the default hotkeys to change size and to line tool
