As shown in the attached video, when I attempt to assign a medium reactor to a MRT fuel pod in the resource assignments tab, that assignment (at least visually) refuses to save, even though that fuel pod is accessible through doors.

The reactor also refuses to get assigned to the fuel pods even outside of mirror mode, which isn't shown in the video
Crew assignments to the fuel pods do work btw.
oddly enough, the assignments do work when these extenders are on their own... but not if they are connected to working engine rooms
These are the mods that are turned on for me, but I am certain that they don't have anything to do with the problem, as they only merely tweak the in-game graphics clientside

To my knowledge it is currently intended that an ER will disable reactor supply chains to attached fuel pods.

Could be circumstances where people want power delivered to both and it's unclear why the assignment fails so I would probably revert this "feature" if it's intended.
It makes sense for the crew not to automatically try powering both the ER and the pods without assignments, but it should be up to the player if they want to manually assign it.
