#Display Supply Chain Arrows when Thrusters are connected to Engine Rooms

When you have reactors assigned to supply thrusters and they are connected to an engine room the supply chain arrows (blue & green) are hidden.
If you delete the engine room the arrows are shown again.
This is confusing and makes it very fiddly to check if energy sources are assigned to thrusters or not (delete ER's check and rebuild Er's).

It perfectly works in Order Squads Mode, you can always see where squads are assigned to even if they are only servicing the engine rooms currently.
It rly should be tha exact same display in Supply Chain Mode.

Screen#1:

  • Supply chains are setup the same on either side!
  • Green lines on the left show the connections with thrusters becasue i deleted the engine rooms on that side.
  • On the right the lines are hidden because engine rooms are there.

Screen#2:
All squad assignments to thrusters are shown even when engine rooms are connected to them. The way it, congruently, should be in Supply Chain Mode!

If you unassigne the supply arrow to the ER does it show again?

Might be a little easier than deleting the er if it does

I really like this idea, even if it’s easy enough to see (given it’s not made too cluttery) it’s just a handy tool that could be useful for newer players

Bumping this again becasue with MRT's it got worse - you cannot see the green supply chain arrows for energy sources once you connect engine rooms to any part.
It is rly stressful in build mode having to remove all engine rooms to check connections, and then putting them in again. 😓

@vital orchid i noramlly do not ping you in ideas or bug threads - but this time 😉

To know if the part is connected or not. Vital info to see how the Spaceship is working.
You also see the arrows in squad order mode even when Engine rooms are connected.
All info is there in squad order mode. Missing information in supply chain mode.

If i want ot see whats connected i have to remove all the engine room parts and then later put them in place again, this takes a lot of time.

Rly thought this was an oversight, do not know why you would not wanna see them.

What I'm saying is, if you don't see arrows, then I think the game behaves as if they are not connected. So arguably displaying the arrows could be misleading.

Might be confusing for new players but annoying for people that know what they are doing
