Residential stations from different factions could be added. they could also have cheaper crew hiring prices or have rewards to defend them. as well as this, civilian ships (personal ships) could spawn and fly to them. i think that it would also give more variety in stations and NPC ships

This would make career 2.0 way better, these could spawn in core systems that aren't dangerous. Because they would sell crew at cheaper prices, you could travel between systems to fully supply your fleet at a low price
