I feel that instead of having no income options other than the center, it should be the opposite with the center giving no or minimal income and the players getting casual income.
center income is irrelevant as u win if it's capped
It should not end simply by being captured, where's the suspense in that? Instead have it give you victory points that go down with time.
bc that's the same as just an extra long cap
if u can cap, the opponent is either dead or left the point too long
if they're dead, it judt adds time
if they left, it removes pressure to need to stay in the point
But without it it's essentially a sumo fight or a standard pvp fight, where you can't regain your strength and you just go in and crash and burn or win.
it's elim w/ harder kite disincentives and incrntive to be slow/tanky
I think some capture time is necessary for a koth gamemode. I like the victory points option, and i do agree mid should prevent you from earning as much money if you have it captured
though reduced money should be a host option, and putting in a negative number (-1) should make it reduce money count.
that allows both positive money and negative money gain from the middle
