#Long-Range Heavy Missle idea

Idea of a heavy missle with a giant range (up to 1.5 km!!!) its needs a special pointer (with 150 meters range) that will aim missle at the target or can be lunched manually without targeting, after start target will get a just target-like symbol (enemy see it too and will get an alert even if shot was manual) as missle will start to fly straight to target with turning at any side after aiming. Its cant be destroyed and have a giant speed (about 1.5 times higher than nukes). Have penetration (because of high speed it should have some penetration) and giant AOE damage (about 40 meters and 1M dmg(5 times bigger than a normal nuke)) (splash work like nuke instead of working like prism). As ammo it will use: 1 enriched uranium and 20 nuke parts (so people wont shoot manualy without being sure that they will hit enemy and will balance weapon more). For balancing it could have a very big launcher (maybe 4x6 or 4x8) that can shoot only straight forward unless you target it with pointer so it aiming will work closely to nuke aiming + give it long reload (20-30 second will be enough I think)

Its will make kaiters less OP and make counter to them, make possible to attack from a big range without using NRE (Nuke Range Extender), will make very slow ships an easy target and will make fleets more usefull (as example you can make 3-5 ships with 1 launcher of those heavy missle per ship and 1 little ship with pointer and shoot enemy wwwith 3-5 missles at the same time)

If you ask: "How will you chose what missles will shoot?" then you use pointer it works like hyper drive but instead you choosing ships that will shoot in range of 1.5 km (range of those missles)

(additional pointer (pointer is a block 1x2 or bigger (maybe for balance make it bigger) that can point target (ignoring everything, can point reactor that buried in armor as example) at range of 150 meters in 90 degree arc))

I think of adding pointer another usage like: maybe targeted block will be seen by all weapons and make it real for them to shoot it for 20-40 seconds or just make a "point" on enemy that will make it impossible to lose it because it will be a target-like symbol for 1+ minutes that enemy can see (could place such "point" at only 1 enemy and after this actually make Heavy Missles attack even after going out of radar range (you cant see ship but can see point) making it a bit more useful and not be just a suicider)

just explode into giant amount of projectiles, maybe big cannon shots or DC shots or HE missles

Did I read that right? " 40 meters and 1m dmg"
A nuke I think is about 70000 damage, not 1 Million, and on that,
This is an exceedingly terrible use of ranges, missiles for example have a maximum range of I think 2 kilometres, yet they won't actually travel that far unless something goes into the 450 range, any weapon should only be able to exceed the 600 range limit when something is within that range, not just " Nre but just the nuke"

I think this would be an interesting idea if it were some sort of railkite deterrant the AI could abuse.

Think of it, sone fly flies to you points at you with a laser, and after a few sec you get hutted with a big heavy missle

sounds op and unfun to play against, i just don't vibe with it. would be fine as a mod though
