#Very high memory usage while hosting multiplayer games

I'm sorry to bring this up again, as a dev I understand that this is not easy to solve. I want to report everything I know about this issue though.

When you host 7-15 elim games in a row, RAM usage keeps going up and up. Once it's using all of the RAM available, all of the players disconnect and sometimes the game crashes without an error message.

This only happens to the host. In fact, when I'm hosting and I see Cosmoteer consuming more than 4GB, I tell someone else to host, and RAM usage eventually gets back to normal levels (1.5GB) without any issues.

This is a recurrent problem to everyone with less than 16GB of RAM, and it's a well known problem in the elim pvp community.

I've tried a few things like disabling the gif recorder, changing graphic settings... Nothing works.

How high are you seeing RAM usage climb?
I've tried to reproduce this a few times but have so far been unable, at least when I'm specifically trying. It seems like the cause is more specific than just "host elim", but so far idk what other criteria could be involved.

The actual problem is we've never been able to reproduce the issue. If we could then it would probably be easy to solve.
