the concern comes from all of the other parts using icon images
and can we take a moment to appreciate the fact that the armor/armor 1x2 icons are just their sprites with a new name

I can understand when it comes down to the current functionality, yes it's working because of this workaround. As Ions spoke to; my concern was the lack of file creating an inconsistency. The size of these files are small enough that it doesn't really warrant taking the file out because if something were to come along and attempt to use the icons for something else or if an iterator went over the icon files because they're the most consistent both in name and in appearance blah blah blah. Again, it's definitely a minor concern, but I just wanted to make it known, but it appears to already be clearly known, so I guess nevermind? But if something comes up later involving icons at least someone will come across this thread. So, for posterity.
Not a bug, there's just no need for a separate icon file in this case.
that begs the question of why all the other structure blocks have one
probably an oversight
