Currently i think the enricher is too weak, and there's not much a purpose to get it because you make basically nothing from selling and no profit from making over buying, i think there should be incentive considering uranium is already rare enough, i think it should be personally, 3 uranium for enriched and maybe it takes longer or just make enriched uranium sell for more, or perhaps more expensive to buy, anything that makes the factory worth it

I think that rather than buff the enricher, simply have more uses for enriched uranium.

For highly armor-piercing shells, depleted uranium is used rather than enriched.

I'm fairly certain that more than steel and copper go into making an EMP missile too so I think this would certainly be a fair. You could flavor it as the uranium is depleted in the factory to be manufactured into the shells

maybe have it power itself to deplete the uranium? that energy has to go somewhere
