what if your crew needs to eat every so often and what if they also every 30 minutes need to sleep for 5 minutes?

i think that dead head means someone does not like the idea

i think it would be fun for a mod or a setting, than it is maybe harder

Imo, this is more or less solved with the game “space haven” which focuses on human resources, wellbeing, etc. space haven and cosmoteer are very similar; space haven’s about the crew, cosmoteer’s about the ship

If you wanna scratch the crew management itch, I recommend playing that instead
