Currently designing a broadside array and thought it could be a cool feature to be able to make something like in the image (since it currently can't due to build area restriction), allowing for fixed direction cannons. Better defense but worse offense

They shouldn't fire when their line of fire is obstructed, so it should not matter too much, I think

maybe they could detect where and where they shouldn't aim towards like the large shield can

so if they are blocked like that, they would never aim to face the armor

yeah, and it would allow you to make them more defensible from a design perspective, being able to fill up dead space

we literally only deal with the range to select from like 0-180 degrees

if you want to show 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 degrees as options to set for weapon
