we've actually got half of the "shipyards" bit

I don't see that mentioned on the roadmap. Since it was in a prior build, but no longer exists, I naturally assumed it was a design decision.

you can "buy" other ships, you have the blue prints for every ship available

but ships yarrds will allow you to buy premade ones with out needing to get the resources just money i guess
