Armor cannot be remodeled.
Best you can do is put a non-armor item in your helmet slot (like a carved pumpkin, or any item with an equippable item component)

is like saying
"bacon for a vegan"
-# actual bacon, not stuff that looks like bacon

Mods can remodel armor if that was your question, but if you use mods it's not vanilla.

im just trying to find any way to remodel diamond and iron armor for multiplayer usage

In that case you need to go into modding or find a mod that supports that, like Entity Model Features (EMF) iirc.
Keep in mind everyone on the server will need to have that same mod installed though.

The best chance of making custom 3d armour in java vanilla is through carved_pumpkin as a helmet. With that you can definitely have 3d Armour. You just put attribute modifiers on the pumpkin so it acts exactly as a netherite helmet
