i know this has been answered a lot of times, but i still have zero idea how to fix it after looking through a lot of the help posts. can someone explain to me how do i make the UV map normal so my enchantment glint loads like a regular item. Also wanna know if theres an automatic way to do it, or do i have to edit my UV map in my model every single time.

Once your question has been resolved, please mark the post as closed by using the </close:1163944441741049897> command.
It requires manual uv-mapping/texture layout.
It won't work with a "template texture".
if you draw the texture first like an icon that would work for the most part, but then you need to resize the parts that aren't just 1 unit thick and uv-map the (now longer) sides accordingly too.
