Hello there, i'm new to blockbench and tried to create an impala model for a project of mine. I follow some tutorials but all of them where minecraft oriented so i had no idea using the classic "1 block = one meter" minecraft messure would absolutely not work in Unreal engine. My models was like 20 pixel high at best.
I try to scale it back in unreal, but it make it so the textures are all stretched and blurry (here is a screenshot of the model in blockbench to show how the texture should look). I already animated it, created bones and all, so i can't really rescale it in blockbench. Does anyone know how i could make this Impala look less blurry or just general advice to work with Blockbench with Unreal engine in mind ?

Afaik in Unreal Engine you will need to set the texture scaling to "nearest neighbor" or "Point" or similar names (basically just not Bilinear or Bicubic) for that texture.
I have no experience with UE5 myself, so not sure where exactly the option is and the exact name (different engines/programs like to use differnet names). It's probably somewhere in the texture's property or similar.
I'm not going to pretend i fully understood your advice, but it’s somewhere to start, so thank you.
Thanks. I just did that, but it doesn't change that much. it better but it still have some issues.
it's not blurry anymore, so at least i have that
it look like some weird shadow problem
It looks like either a face Normal issue, or that too small of a texture used for lighting was generated.
Does it look correct if you change the view mode to Unlit?
