Help with Free Rotation plugin

Hey, I made my first model using a Blockbench plugin called Free Rotation and I need help getting it into Minecraft. Is there any chance someone here has used this plugin and can help me? Thanks in advance, and sorry if I used the wrong tags, I didn’t see any that exactly matched my post!
