#UV getting messing when recreating texture

I did this palm tree model, i did one single leaf and then duplicated, rotated it and replaced it to make it look fuller, jsut like a real life palm tree, but when i try regenerating the texture with this new positioning and rotations, the whole thing breaks

after creating the texture again, this happens

(i can do it without this in this case, but in a lot of cases this gets in the way

Well, when you create a new texture with the "Rearrange UV" box ticked, the UVs of all the cubes are gonna be arranged differently, if you have added new elements to the model, so you will need to paint it again from scratch.

I still don't understand why are you creating a new texture? You have a texture that works, why do you need to create a new one? What is the end goal here?

well this model dont need a new texture, but if i add something else to the model and wanted to create a new texture so everything share the same file
