I'm working on a new custom player model with Figura, and when I was almost done, the legs disappeared. I attempted to try and fix the Uv mapping, but it's not being responsive. It just ignores my selections and refuses to be moved. I started the project by converting a regular Minecraft skin model to the Figura project format, and made all of the part (except for the head) meshes with the "Convert to mesh" button. I did try deleting and remapping a new texture onto it, which did fix it, but it also caused the Mirror modeling and mirror painting function to break and link the Left Leg Layer to the Right Leg, instead of Layer to Layer, and leg to leg.
#Uv parts disappearing, and being unresponsive.

Forgot to mention, I did try saving and reopening it, but that didn't change anything.
Out of curiosity: Why did you convert the cubes to meshes 🤔 ?

usually the only reason BB prevents you from adjusting UVs is when they would go out of bounds 🤔
where's the down UV of this leg?

Cause if that's already out of bounds somehow it might be why BB blocks you from moving it around.

it moved all of the leg uvs to overlap with leg layer
