Open Textures In Blockbench?

So I was just watching this tutorial on how to convert Blockbench stuff to Blender, I noticed the textures weren't converted to Blender so I went to the comments and found this comment but I am an absolute Blockbench noob so I don't know how to open textures. I tried just clicking them on the left but that doesn't work.
How do I open textures in Blockbench?

On the texture : Right Click > Edit in BlockBench

I think that when she say open it before it is to save the texture so you could also just click on that and save the texture somewhere you're gonna find it like your desktop

Tbh I just used the glFT format now I can see the textures
