Hi! So i'm currently trying to get this model working in game with custom model data, ive never encountered this before so i would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you!

yeah, so seems like it didn't even export the cubes you are missing ingame too.
In your project that looks correct, make sure none of your groups or cubes have export set to off
