Can't unhide toolbars(?) in Blockbench, please help | Blockbench | Page 1

Hi! I messed around with the hide tools in Blockbench, but now I can't unhide 😅😅
As shown in the pic, I clicked 'hide' for everything else in the pic, but now can't unhide them!!

View > Panels

or Help > Reset Layout if you wanna reset sidebar positions etc. in general
