also i changed it from per-face UV to Block UV
Afaik that part is a bit broken for texture generation in the newest version(s).

you'd need to use an older verison of Blockbench afaik

assuming your texture/UV as pixel consistent before in the first place

unless you saved your models inside the program files of Blockbench, then yes
