I'm not sure how it started but quite a few of the sections have this issue. I figured out that if I add a frame where it hits the kink I can just move it into a spot that lets the animation move relatively properly but that seems like a temporary and tedious fix. I want to get rid of the kink that's in the light blue line that's causing it to stray from the key frames i have in. I can't click on the kink itself and deleting the key frames/light blue line just causes another light blue line to show up that isn't attached to any key frames.
Thank you in advance

The bones need to have the exact same position and rotation values at the end and at the start of the animation (it and all of its parent bones with keyframes)
