You could try to make the rise faster, almost instant, and then do the fall slower. These two phases shouldn't last the same amount of time because then it looks weird and robotic. The model looks good tho.

hows this? i want it to shoot quickly so the animation doesnt have alot of space on the timeline but its better than before i think

I think you should use the instant keyframe, no interpolation, to give a bigger impact visually.
