How can I flip an animation?

What I mean is that I have an animation where a block spins and stuff and rises from the ground.

Now I want an animation where it falls back down. Instead of creating a new one, I want to play this one in reverse. How can I do this?

Duplicate the animation, make that copy the active animation, bring up all animators (this button), then press Ctrl+A
