wild guess (not sure if it will do anything):
try setting this to 16x16 and exporting it again and seeing if that fixes the texture

It's generally not a requirement to be 16x16
I just know that Block/Item models uses UV coordinates from 0 to 16. And there are very rare cases where it doesn't get converted properly from Blockbench to 0-16 if it's not 16x16. Visually nothing should change in BB itself.
