Blockbench doesn't create any hitboxes by itself
So how can I combine the visual with the hitbox?
I want it to stick to every surface like a button, and for the hitbox to appear where it sticks.

well, how are you currently creating the hitbox?
I’m just centering the structure I made and selecting everything, then I click "center pivot."

I see you have a hitbox and asked you how that hitbox was specified.
Cause Blockbench itself does not export a hitbox by itself.
And I cannot help you unless I know how you got a hitbox like that in the first place
