Before I continue painting. I'm asking for feedback on how to make it detailed and not as simple. Started blockbench around 4 days ago so i'm still learning. Also currently taking inspiration from other guns made in blockbench but it's a tad hard trying to find a gun similar to what I'm making. Any feedback will be helpful!
#Any tips on how to improve my gun?

what style are you going for?
Tryna go for a style like these
A bit more texturing
do you recommend to add any new meshes to the gun?
or you think texturing will do the trick
A bit more texturing
alright ty
You should improve the texture and avoid a lot of polygons like the style you're basing yourself on
ok ty 👍
Id say it could use a shape
It shoots bombs, so the shape is a tube, that gets the core done, now a naked tube that directly shoots would be a bit weird. Maybe add some covers to it, plates. This is a random example but motorcycles and cars have plastic fairings which act as a layer to make it look good, aerodynamics and stuff
Maybe add a foundation on which the tube is on, something you can add attachments to, like a grip, laser, etc
Thats a good idea! Tyvm!
