It's because of a bug with certain faces being inverted or something like that, you can make your texture in a png and then import it via extruding to make it into a 3D model automatically

iron breach
#

ye its already in png

#

how to make it into 3d model?

Import a project when using a 3d file format and just use extrude texture option

Wait, so that's just a generated model from a texture? (as in no custom .json).
those lines definitely shouldn't be there like that

iron breach
#

actually its a .json file

#

i made it so that texture will appear if i put cmd into 2

#

so what should I do about this?

just item/generated

#

not made in blockbench

mellow violet
#

weird that the lines are that extreme
I know they can exist to some degree, but usually on the cubes themselves, not on the outside like that 🤔

#

make 100% sure there are no 1% opaque pixels or similar in the parts of the texture that are meant to be transparent

iron breach
#

ye this is purely made with custom model data and nothing related to blockbench

Seeing how the lines have the shape of the whole 16x16 file I still feel like it could be due to pixels with a very high transparency/low oppacity value.
That or you have a serious rendering bug there (though then you'd see it on every item I guess).

ye it's buggy indeed

#

@mellow violet i found out that my fabric loader ver 0.14.25 bugged the model

#

if i tried switching to forge then there's nothing
