#Different model in Player's hand and in the GUI ?

Hi !
I was wondering if its possible to have a 3D model in the player's hand and at the same time a different texture in the gui, like I have a model of a Cutlass in 32x32 for the player's hand and I want to render it with a second texture in 16x16 for a better display in GUI.
