you don't, those color are only there for better visualization when without texture.
color them after you generate the texture.
Oh..so what would be a better idea to make something like a color ID mask?
So like it's easier to paint/texture it in something like Adobe Painter or blender?
bucket fill in element mode, it will color the entire thing you clicked
there should be a button next to bucket, when click show different mode, default is face iirc
you want to texture pixel art in PBR texture apps?
