did you make sure there isn't a duplicate element there?
ive uh got a new issue now.
im making a helmet model so i have 2 textures but when i make the new texture for my main helmet and i start coloring shit in they overlap
also for some strange reason my other texture turns blank
which model format are you working in?
boxface uv
I mean the model format, not the uv format (so something like "Java Block/Item" etc.)
ye javablock item
hmm, creating a new texture shouldn't affect other parts then ๐ค (unless you had those other parts selected too while making the texture)
idk it does
also any idea how i can resize regions in the editing thing
can you select that transparentpart (like in that screenshot) and screenshot your whole Blockbench window?
define/show what you mean by "regions thing"?
you can only resize the UV when using per-face uv
in box-uv the UV depends on the size of the cube (not counting the inflate value)
can you screenshot this again, but show your whole Blockbench window?
so i just made a new model and transferred stuff over that uses preface uv. and it has the same issue
i make new texture and i cant see the old one anymore
wtf
please select that one transparent cube in edit mode and screenshot your whole Blockbench
also for some reason i'm using the same settings and my top half is 16px and the bottom is 8 ๐ญ
that's not "your whole Blockbench"
my bad fam
in Edit mode
k, set that to 64x64, then rightclick the cube and change the UV mode from box-uv to per-face uv
ight what do i do for this now ๐
any particular reason as to why you are using box-uv in general?
because i didn't know the difference and i tried to look at the wiki but no info was there ๐ญ
go to File > Project and change to per-face uv
you might also have to select all your cubes (Ctrl+A) and set the uv mode to per-face uv for those if they don't update automatically
its alrdy perface-uv. like i said above. i made a new file using per face after u said i couldnt resize in box-uv
i just copied the stuff over
k, then you probably copied them over with the box-uv setting (as cube setting, not as project setting)
nah i set them to perface
but the texture is
weird asf
also even tho i made it 16x16 it says 128
delete the nasalmain texture and make a new one for those parts, then it should look correct
