I think as an OC it’s a little bland, but as a model I feel like you could’ve done a little more with it
It doesn’t really have any sort of features a vintage cartoon character has

i tried to make him bendy and stretchy like a rubberhose cartoon character, which is why his head squishes and his arms are so long
Would NOT wanna upset him... without a gun
an important part of rubberhose animation is that their arms bend like a rubberhose, so their arms should bend a lot more, not have human joints as seen in the model
i looked closer and he does have not just the two cubes for the arm and forearm, it looks like 4, but I recommend to have more than 4
i would but, stretchy bois aren't really supported by blockbench. if i added more joints it would mess up the animations i've already made and also it would be so much more of a pain to animate with how many joints there would be
that, and also inverse kinematics rarely ever works the way i want it to
meshes could probably work well but again i'd have to make a whole new model or make major changes to it that would mess up everything i've already done
