Model Isn't Working

I've been trying for like 2 hours and I thought I fixed it, but of course I didn't.
If it's due to any mod or resource packs I have installed I did leave a list of all of them currently enabled as well as the .zip for any mistakes I made.

1. Don't specify a parent in a custom model if you don't know what a parent does.
2. golden apples don't use item/handheld as parent.
3. enchanted_golden_apple is not a default texture. enchanted golden applse use the exact same texture as a normal one.

4. you can't just throw a string value here (especially not without any "")
   I know the recent versions/snapshots added an option to use CustomModelData with strings instead of numbers, but I unfortunately am not familiar with their layout yet myself.
