Items as Armorstands?

Hey, just a quick question we want to make an Armor stand with an custom model data and if you place it, it looks like that what you modeled. But if we place it, it is still an normal armor stand. Does anyone know why and if its possible how to fix it?

You cannot remodel entities

(without mods)

Best you can do is give yourself an armorstand with data so that it is invisible and displays an item model.
But at that point you might as well use a spawn egg that spawns an item_display entity
