I am in 1.7.10 i want to make a resource pack and make some custom items with optifine but it doesnt work it does in newer versions but when i try it in 1.7.10 it doesnt anyone know why and how can i fix it?

According to this forum I found, Optifine 1.7.10 does not support CIT
