yes, i know to press Shift/Ctrl/Shift + Ctrl, however, it works when im MOVING it, but when im RESIZING it, it resizes in 1 increment, and i dont like that because the entity im trying to model requires a beak, and last time i checked, birds dont have gigantic beaks.

Make sure the cube you are trying to resize isn't in box-uv mode either (Right-click it > UV-mode).

it is not in box-uv mode, it is in per-face UV
