The Animate tab has nothing to do with display settings
How can I find the Display in an animate tab
Again, those are two completely separate things
They have nothing to do with another
You rotate/scale/move stuff via keyframes in the animation if you mean that.
For that you would need to un-minimize your timeline at the bottom there first though
Ok, I'm at the keyframes and managed to insert them throughout the whole animation keyframe
But uh where do I input the scale?
Yeah but where's the input for the values? Because all I got are the blank stuff on the left.
you create a scale keyframe and set the value the exact same way you would for other keyframe types
(if you want to specify the scale for each axis individually you can click that blue underlined chain icon)
yeah, no, those are, as it says, just placeholders for variables
so you can write in size=2 and then just type size as value in a keyframe for example (or something more complex)
Is there a convenient way to copy the template like you would in Display
you'd copy the animation or the keyframes via Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V for example
you can select and copy/paste the keyframes you made
@forest wren Can I specify with right/left?
so you do that once for the template you wanna make then copy/paste that or the whole animation to another model that should use that
you can duplicate keyframes between bones too if that is your question
Ok, I'm getting it but how do I specify between left/hand and right hand
Or does it do that automatically
And when I switch the item between hands
It just mirrors
Specify what?
An animation isn't something hand related?
I still have no idea what your plan is here or what you are gonna use this for
The entire model
These flags are for items with special effects on them. The items are based off minecraft tools. In particular, this will replace the golden_hoe.
Here was the base flag that is done before
If this replaces an item then why are you in the Animate tab?
Items have no animations.
What?
Items have no animations
I thought I remember seeing minecraft weapons with animations on them
In other server
They either animated the textures, replaced the model each tick of the animation or used fake players for that (or some other roundabout method).
But there is no support for actual animations in a resource pack (not counting animated textures).
Welp, there goes 75 dollars.
75 dollars for what?
