idk why, but i cant use a part of my texture using the selection tool. ill attach a screnshot that explains it.

as you can see i can still move the top left ring, but i cant move the others

Maybe they are on separate layers?

if you copy/pasted some textures with the selection tool you might have accidently put them on a new layer instead of placing it in the current one
