I want to add a new mob, I don't want to replace any that already exist, just add a new one, I imagine it will be a mod

modding is complicated so you will need to learn about mod development and how to mod the game. this is not something we can just simply tell you how to do, it is something that will take a lot of time and effort, and you should have really looked into this BEFORE making the actual model

you need to decide if you want to use forge or fabric, and if you want to code the mod yourself, or use something like mcreator, which is easier but much more limited

And work with Forge
