hey so I have a model I would like to download from online that was made in block bench, but im not sure what format I need to download it in, because only some are available

Unless the person who posted it provided an external link to download a .bbmodel (or Minecraft specific formats that Blockbench can read) there is no way to use the models on Sketchfab for Minecraft.
Well, except downloadone of those formats, converting it into .obj to load it into the "Generic Model" format in Blockbench and then getting it ingame with something that supports .obj. But usually there are downsides to that afaik.

So the better option is probably to contact the person and ask if they allow you to use the model and if they could send you a .bbmodel so you can use the model ingame.
