Blocks cannot be larger than 3x3x3 blocks. That's a minecraft limitation.

If you need anything bigger, you can use display entities to scale the models up ingame.

How do move it outside that boundary

I wanna make a wall of blocks outside so when I'm making textures I can see what it'll look like
