my guess is that you accidentally only selects the top faces and move it down, causing it to scale down
since based on the uv map on the left, there are rectangle faces that would be the side of the cylinder
or you wanted to have a cylinder mesh, but you clicked the circle mesh instead
no, i wanted a circle and it created a pancake
i cannot undo it either the Y size doesn't change (it stays at 0) and i did not touch the circle at all, i just added it in, and it turned flat, other shapes don't have this issue for some reason
i just want to find a way to stop blockbench from making a pancake everytime i want a circle
what is your definition difference between pancake and circle here? that is a circle to me?
and is this what youre looking for?
or you mean a sphere? you arent being clear here
yeah sphere
also mb
but yeah any sphere i add in just becomes flat inmediately, can't undo it either.
Thats because you clicked on the circle mesh, and complaints that its a circle?
When you could jsut clicked on the “sphere” mesh?
Circle is the 2D shape Sphere is a 3D shape
you're talking to me like if i should know this (i started w blockbench 9 seconds ago)
alr lemme try to find it rq
thx
