Ehm.. of you want to alter the models in decocraft, that's not possible/allowed.

#

Using the models for anything else... also not allowed

polar axle

exactly I'm trying to do the absolute impossible trying to convert the models in custom models for a resource pack I know it sounds Impossible and it just might be and why did you try to do this with a furniture mod

coarse pewter
#

You cannot use their models for a resource pack.

polar axle
#

is it actually even possible to do that

coarse pewter
#

Yes, but not allowed to.

polar axle
#

Has this actually been done before or attempted

Are you talking about copyrights dude because thats what I'm hearing its either that or your saying its not allowed or its illegal since you think it suspends the laws of MC Resource pack Logic

coarse pewter
#

Yes, it would be a violation of copyright, and therefore illegal.
You won't get any help from us trying to steal someone elses work.

then what is that photo right there you guys put up. It doesn't seem impossible if I'm seeing A photo of it with my own eyes and also I'm asking the man the myth the legend.

@polar axle deal with it. you cant import those models to blockbench and use in your pack, its impossible and illegal

coarse pewter
#

It is possible, it's just not allowed. And as you clearly want to just steal the models, I will not tell you how to do it.

Their assets were made for commercial purposes. And only for them to use

#

It's also unethical to port over someones assets into your own project, even if it's personal use only

#

I would rightfully be mad too if someone took my actual animation files and used it on their project without my express permission

#

It is one thing to recreate or take inspiration from assets, and another thing to rip assets from a project

#

The other artists in this chat are rightfully justified for not wanting to help you with this endeavor.

#

Best we can do is encourage you to take inspiration and recreate those assets to the best of your ability, while putting your own spin on it so that it doesn't infringe on copyright law.
