you could do the micky mouse route, where the cirlcles (or in this case, triangles) alwasy face the camera
or look at what sonic does but on smaller scale
where theres multiple spikes, that is visually clear on multiple angles
"which is the best way" is entirely what style you want to do, there isnt one specific way to do it
