Go to Animate tab, there go to View > Record GIF > In the menu toggle Play Animation > Click Confirm > Now 3 buttons will a appear on the top of the 'TIMELINE' menu > The red circle button will start the animation and start recording, the white square button will stop the GIF and the 'X' button will exit the GIF recorder
